PROGRAMME FOR CLASS DAY.

IN the forenoon at 10 o'clock, Professor James Russell Lowell entertains the Senior Class at breakfast.

A band of music will be ready at 9.30 o'clock in front of Holworthy Hall, to accompany the class to Professor Lowell's house.

At 10 o'clock Professor J. B. Thayer gives a breakfast to the graduating class of the Law School.

This class will meet at 9.45 at Dane Hall, to march thence to Professor Thayer's house.

At 9 o'clock Professor H. L. Eustis gives a breakfast at his house to the candidates in Science and Engineering.

At 12.30 o'clock Professor Steams will give a lunch to the candidates in Theology, at his house.

Dr. Oliver Wendell Holmes receives the candidates for the degree of Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Dental Medicine, at breakfast at 10 o'clock, at his house, 296 Beacon Street.

At 3 o'clock, P. M., the champion game of Base-Ball between the Yale and Harvard Nines will be played on Holmes Field.

The band furnishes music before and during the game.

At 4 o'clock the Yard will be roped off to prepare for the illuminations, and after this time no one will be admitted without a ticket, and all carriages will be excluded. Between 5 and 8 o'clock the students will entertain their friends at "spreads" and "teas."

At 6 o'clock the band will begin to play in the Yard, which will be brilliantly illuminated; and music will be furnished during the evening until II o'clock.

A 8 o'clock the Glee Club will sing, also at intervals through the evening.

From 7 to 8 o'clock President Eliot will hold a reception at his house for the graduates of the year in all departments, and their friends.

From 8 to 10 o'clock Memorial Hall and Sanders Theatre will be open for the dancing of the members of the graduating classes of the University and their friends.

No wagon or carriage of any description will be admitted to the College Yard after 5 o'clock.
