We would like to call the attention of the board of directors at Memorial Hall to the advisability of taking steps to carry out a suggestion that was made some time since, viz., that the side room at Memorial corresponding to the auditor's room, or else some room in the basement, be fitted up during the summer as a lavatory or wash-room, for the use of boarders at Memorial. There is no question that such an improvement would be a great convenience, and could be made at slight expense. If the corporation can possibly be prevailed upon to permit it, the change should certainly be made during the summer.
