At a meeting of the officers on Thursday the following stewards were chosen for the ensuing year:
From '85 Messrs. J. E. Thayer and W. R. Trask; from '86 Messrs. Wendell Baker and T. S. Parker; from '87 Messrs. F. Remington and J. S. Russell.
A Freshman meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 22, at 4 P. M., and a University Handicap meeting on Saturday, October 25, at 2.30. The events in both meetings will be as follows: 100 yards dash, 1-4 mile run, 1-2 mile run. 1 mile run, throwing the hammer, putting the shot, running high jump, running broad jump, pole vault, 120 yards hurdle race.
The Secretary's hours will be Mondays from 9 to 10, and Wednesday forms 11 to 12 at 28 Grays beginning next Wednesday.
