Foot Ball Notice.
The Committee appointed for considering and amending the foot ball rules, will meet in 5 Little's Block, at 4 P. M., on Monday Dec. 15th. Anyone who has any suggestions to make can send them in writing to the above address, and they will be considered by the committee.
