The scratch races will be rowed on Saturday, Oct. 17th, at 12 m. Cups will be given as prizes in the following events, a cup for each man, including the coxswain:
1. Senior eights.
2. Freshman eights.
3. Four-oared race.
4. Single scull working boats.
The eights will be drawn by lot, but the four-oared crews must be entered as crews.
A book has been placed at Bartlett's. Entries, 50 cents for each man, and $2.50 for each four-oared crew. Entries will close on Friday, Oct. 16th, at 12m.
