The enterprise shown by the gentlemen having the Art Club under their control is thoroughly appreciated by the college. The lecture on "Modern Life in Art," to be given this evening by Mr. Wedmore, will be enjoyed greatly by those who are fortunate enough to hear it. It is in ways like this, that the Finance, Historical, and Philosophical clubs can become of real use to the college at large. The Art Club passed through a critical period last year, but by careful management on the part of those students who assumed the responsibility of keeping the club alive it has again been placed upon a firm footing. We wish the club every success in its future career.
