HARVARD UNION. The following questions will be submitted to the Harvard Union this evening, from which one will be chosen as the subject of the next debate on November 4th:
Resolved, That the tendency of Harvard toward broader university methods is a positive gain to American education.
Resolved, That uniform marriage laws by Constitutional Amendment should prevail in the United States.
Resolved, That the safety of the country calls for additional restrictions on foreign immigration.
