The annual fall regatta of the class crews at Yale is to take place October 13 on Lake Saltonstall. The junior crew that won the race last spring will be made up of the same men that rowed then. They are as follows: Sweeter, bow; H. S. Burroughs, 2; Glison, 3; Field, 4; Newell, 5; James, 6; Burroughs, 7; Harrison, stroke.

The sophomore crew which won the race against the University of Pennsylvania freshman crew last June has lost two of its members, whose places will probably be filled with two of the following men: Chadwick, Williams, Robbins and Noyes. Of the old crew the following men remain: remain: Simms, bow; Aiken, 2; Heyworth, 3; Ferris, 4; Allen, 7, and Rogers, stroke.

There are sixteen candidates for the freshman academic boat, six of whom were on the St. Paul's crew last year. The eight has not been definitely decided upon yet, but will probably be made up as follows: bow, Stevens, 133 lbs; 2. Schreiber, 156 lbs; 3, Jones, 143 lbs.; 4. Willard, 141 lbs.; Kidd, 167 lbs.; 6, Lyman, 156 lbs.; 7, Pyle, 165 lbs.; stroke, Wayne, 163 lbs. The crew is being coached by Thompon, coxswain of the University boat, and promises unusually well The Sheffield freshman crew is doing rather poorly and will not stand any chance of winning the race.

The Cleveland cup for single scullers will be offered at the regatta.
