The ice-polo agreement with Brown will increase the interest in this sport at Harvard. The fact that the team has this year been selected in an open competition gives it a representative character which it has not had before. It is greatly to be hoped, therefore, that the intercollegiate games into which it now enters will be well contested from beginning to end. Where the name of the University is associated with a team, the latter has a responsibility which it must not forget. The University, in turn, will look with much interest on the contest and hope for a successful outcome.
