To the Editors of the Crimson:
In view of the coming joint debate between Harvard and Yale, I wish to say a word in regard to the suggestion that no decision be made as to the merits of the speakers. While it is difficult in many ways to do this, it seems to me that unless it is done a great part of the interest will be taken away. Why not invite one of Yale's Faculty to come on with their representatives, to act as judge with a Harvard professor, and a third man chosen by these two? This would make a fair committee, and would make the debate more of an intercollegiate affair.
