The last of the outdoor runs which, under the Athletic Association have been so successfully held this fall, will take place this afternoon. It will be a cross-country run, scratch, open to all members of the University.
The exact distance of the course will be five and a quarter miles. The start will be made at 4 o'clock sharp from in front of the Gymnasium. From there the course will be across the Common to Concord Avenue to Walden Street; from there across the fields in a northerly direction to the junction of the Fitchburg Railroad with the Watertown branch, where the runners will be checked; up the Fitchburg Railroad to the Glacialis, where runners will be checked a second time; from here in a south-westerly direction to Fresh Pond, around Fresh Pond drive to Cushing St., down Cushing Street to Mount Auburn Station for a third check; from Mt. Auburn Station to the finish in front of the Law School.

Burlingham L. S., D. W. Fenton '95, C. H. Crane '94, C. B. Earle '94, F. E. Lowoll '95, N. P. Dodge Jr. '95, A. Lincoln '95, G. A. Kaven '95, Wm. Emerson '95, Fred W. Mein '95, F. C. Hinckley '95, G. Collamore '93. Probably a few more men will enter, bringing the list up to at least twenty-five. Prizes will be given to the first three men and the time of the first ten men at the finish will be taken.
