We are glad that this year Harvard men are to have a good opportunity to get seats for the observation train at the New London race. Hitherto the arrangements for the accommodation of Harvard supporters from Cambridge and vicinity have been inadequate and far from satisfactory. Any arrangement whereby the old order of things is bettered is very welcome.
