Observation Train at New London.

Arrangements have now been completed with the railroad officials in reregard to the observation train at the Yale-Harvard boat race. In all twenty-two cars have been reserved for Yale and Harvard-the thirteen remaining cars in the train having been bespoken before the colleges made arrangements with the railroads-eleven for Harvard and eleven for Yale. The seats will cost $2.00 each, and for parties desiring a whole car the price will be $180. The tickets for the Harvard cars have not yet arrived, but when they do the greater part will be put on sale at Thurston's and a few at the Boston Athletic Club. In all probability, the sale will commence next week.
