Hare and Hounds Run.
The hounds, 52 in number, lost the trail after leaving the wet ground and split into two divisions. E. B. Hill '94, raced in far ahead of the men he was with. Emerson and Coolidge were the first two men in the second lot, which had come by a different route. As, by the rules, all the hounds should have staid by Emerson, the master of hounds, until he ordered them to break, the first lot of men were disqualified.
Emerson and Coolidge will be the hares in the run next Tuesday.
