A week from next Monday, November 12, a recruiting squad will be formed. All men wishing to join it will see Lieutenant Robinson, who will be at the Trophy Room in the Gymnasium especially to meet such men on Monday, Wednesday and Friday next, at 4.30. The new squad will drill at 4.30 for an hour, not at 3.30, the drilling time of the other squad. It is hoped this change of hour will make it possible for many men to join the company, who would otherwise be unable to do so. Lieutenant Robinson will be glad to answer any questions or give any information with regard to the drills.
The company drilled on Holmes Field yesterday afternoon. This was the first open-air drill and attracted a considerable number of spectators. Lieutenant Robinson has appointed the following men. corporals: Bordman, Bancroft, Fullerton, Tilden. A petition has been filed for the use of Armory Hall for drilling, but has not yet been heard from.
