Mr. W. R. Judge, of New York, will address the meeting in Holden Chapel this evening at 6.45, upon "The Underlying Basis of Religions."
Mr. Judge is vice-president of the General Theosophical Society. This society was founded in 1875 and has since had a most remarkable growth, there being only one country of importance-Russia-that does not contain at least one branch. Mr. Judge is a lawyer by profession and is an eminent Sanskrit scholar. Of late years his whole time has been given to the Theosophical Society, and he has travelled over nearly the whole world in its interests.
All members of the University are invited to be present.
