A Rule For Examinations.

To the Editors of the Crimson:

Would it not be advisable to have this rule adopted in college examinations: That no student shall leave the room, no matter whether he has finished his paper or not, before the entire time allowed for the examination has expired. The noise and confusion caused by men leaving the room and the consciousness that some men have finished their papers while they are still working, tends to confuse the other men and to hurry them so that they finish their papers without proper thought or care.
