NEW CLASSES IN READING, SPEAKING AND DEBATE. - Two new classes in Reading and Speaking will be formed immediately, and a few more men will be admitted to the Debating Club. The classes in reading are intended especially for beginners. Mr. Copeland will be in Sever 5, Wednesday, Feb. 20, and Thursday, Feb. 21, at half past four, to arrange hours and other details.
