Lacrosse.
Of the thirty men now on the squad, only ten came out yesterday dressed to play, but, as usual, a scrub game was played. Last year's captain, W. Scott, coached the team for an hour.
There is some very good new material this year and now that the football season is over, the lacrosse squad should be materially strengthened by new candidates. Throughout the winter, there will be voluntary practice about three times a week, until the regular daily practice begins again in the spring.
