At a meeting of the Harvard Cycling Association held last evening in Sever 5, the following officers were elected for the year: President, F. S. Eliot 2 L.; vice-president, J. F. Wood '98; secretary and treasurer, H. C. Burdett '99.

It was voted that the executive committee be empowered to appoint a manager to take charge of any meets which may occur in the spring.

Several men prominent in cycling were expected to be present to address the meeting, but they were unable to come.

The University of Pennsylvania has chosen the following for the subject in the debate with Cornell: "Resolved, That the United States and the several States should establish courts of compulsory adjustment of disputes between employees and private corporations which possess franchises of a public nature.
