The Boston Athletic Association has given up its plan of sending a team of athletes to the Olympic games at Athens this year for want of backing among the club members.

W. H. Andrus has been unanimously elected president of the Princeton Football Association at a mass meeting of the undergraduates. Harrison Hall '98 has been chosen assistant manager.

F. L. Huidekoper '96 has the leading article in the last number of the United Service Magazine. It is entitled "Did Grouchy by disobedience of orders cause the defeat of Napoleon at Waterloo."
