Competitive Debate.
The competitive debate to choose representatives for the coming Yale debate will be held at 7.30 o'clock this evening in Sever 11. W. E. Hutton L. S. will preside and the judges will be Professor G. P. Baker, Professor A. B. Hart and Professor J. H. Beale.
The subject for the debate is: "Resolved, That a permanent court of arbitration should be established by the United States and Great Britain."
