The opening debate of the year of the Harvard Forum will be held this evening in Harvard 1. The question for debate will be, "Resolved, That the Citizens' Union should have delayed the nomination of Low for mayor of New York until after the Republican County Convention." W. H. Conroy '99, and P. G. Carleton '99, will support the affirmative and F. R. Steward L S., and W. Morse 1900, the negative. The debate will then be thrown open to the floor.

After the debate, a short business meeting of the Forum will be held at which all members are urged to be present.
