Harvard Forum.
A social meeting of the Harvard Forum was held last evening in Hollis 20. After an informal discussion refreshments were served.
It was decided to hold a competitive debate for membership on Friday, May 1, which will be open to all members of the University. Freshmen especially are invited to speak. The subject will be: "Resolved, That the Peace Policy of the United States renders a large increase in the navy undesirable." The debate will be opened by W. S. Youngman L. S., and F. Dobyns '98.
