The service in Appleton Chapel tomorrow evening will be in memory of Dr. Andrew Preston Peabody, and a memorial tablet to him will be dedicated. This tablet was given through the efforts of a committee of graduates. It represents a large bronze scroll and has been placed at the east end of the chapel. The service will be conducted by Dr. McKenzie. Bishop Lawrence will speak for the donor; Rev. Mr. DeNormandie, who succeeded Dr. Peabody when the latter gave up his parish, will speak of him as a parish minister; and Professor Peabody will speak of Dr. Peabody's connection with the University.
