This afternoon the 'Varsity nine will play the Williams nine on Holmes Field at 4 o'clock. This is the second game of the year with Williams, the first resulting in a victory for Harvard in a teninning game by the score of 17 to 15. However, the nine is playing better ball than it was on May 1, and should defeat Williams more easily this afternoon than before.

Litchfield, who has been playing third base on the College Nine, will take Stevenson's place at third today.

The following is the batting order of the Harvard nine: Rand, l. f.; Haughton 1b.; Beale, c. f.; Scannell, c.; Litchfield, 3b.; Burgess, r. f.; Dean, 2b.; Chandler, s. s.; Paine, Fitz, p.
