In the third art lecture last evening, Mr. Robinson considered the Greek treatment of the human head and the drapery of the body. He characterized the Greeks as recognizing as no other people have ever done the capabilities of drapery as expressing character both of thought and emotion; they best realized its importance as an accessory to the human figure.
