At a meeting of the Mott Haven team yesterday, J. T. Roche, Jr., '99, of Worcester, was elected captain for next year. Roche prepared for college at the Worcester High School. In his Freshman year he won the 100 yards dash in the dual games with Pennsylvania and was running very fast last year when he strained a muscle in his leg. This injury has handicapped him in his running this year but it is believed he will recover his old form next season. Roche managed the Mott Haven team this spring.
