In the French universities there are no college publications, no fraternities, no athletics, and no commencement exercises.

The presentation of the prizes and Scholarships will be held on Wednesday evening Dec. 20, in the Fogg Lecture Room.

It has been computed that it would require 120 years for a bright student to take the courses offered in the Academic Department this year.

The Yale Gymnastic Association will hold two contests this year, the first on Dec. 9, and the second some time in February. The contests will consist of performances on the horizontal bar, on the parallel bar, on the long horse, and a rope climb. The man making the highest score will receive a "Y."
