The matches played yesterday in the fall tennis tournament resulted as follows: C. C. Stone defeated T. M. Rotch, 6-3, 6-1; H. P. Williams defeated W. S. Warland by default; M. G. Beaman defeated R. S. Hardy, by default; C. W. Moore defeated R. O. Suppes, 6-3, 6-3; C. R. Stevenson defeated W. G. Clerk, 3-6, 6-4, 6-2; E. Fischel defeated R. K. Thorndike, 7-5, 6-4; R. Bishop defeated S. L. Beals, 6-3, 5-7, 6-3; R. S. Goodrich defeated A. Pope, 7-5, 4-6, 6-3; L. E. More defeated L. D. Humphrey 6-4, 6-1.

The following matches will be played today at the times stated. 11.30--W. H. Laverack vs. C. W. Moore; 12.00--C. M. Rotch vs. C. C. Stone, W. D. Herrick vs. H. P. Williams, W. G. Quincy vs. E. Leonard, R. A. Bidwell vs. V. Whitney; 1.30--R. Bishop vs. R. S. Goodrich.

Owing to the rain during the past week the tournament has been very much delayed and in order to finish before the cold weather begins it is necessary that all the matches be played at the times announced. Men unable to play at these times must leave notice of the fact at the CRIMSON office, otherwise their matches will be defaulted.
