On Thursday evening at eight o'clock, Mr. John Jay Chapman '84 will give a public address in the Fogg Lecture Room under the auspices of the Civil Service. Reform Club. Mr. Chapman, the author of "Causes and Consequences," and other political articles, and of "Emerson and Other Essays," has been a conspicuous figure among the radical reformers in New York politics for several years past. He will talk on a subject of contemporary interest in practical politics.
