Spring Handicap Match

The annual handicap shoot begins today. A 95-dollar Remington shotgun will be offered as first prize, and a cup as second. Each contestant will be handicapped on the basis of his last six scores and will shoot at 120 birds plus his allowance. Two match scores of 20 birds must be completed each week of which the four highest will be counted. Any contestant's handicap may be changed at the discretion of the captain at the close of the first two scores but not thereafter. The entrance fee is three dollars.
