At the annual meeting of the Randall Hall Association which will be held tonight, several matters of importance will be taken up. The president and the auditor of the Hall will make their yearly report, after which will come the nomination of officers for the coming year. The nominations will be offered to the members of the association next Monday, when a vote will be taken by printed ballots.

Several changes in the constitution have also to be considered. It is proposed to raise the auditor's salary from $100 to $150 a year, and that of the secretary and treasurer from $50 to $75. The president's duties are to be somewhat increased, since he will hereafter act as chairman of the executive committee. Another change provides for the nomination of officers by members of the association if the candidate can secure twenty-five names as an endorsement.
