This afternoon the annual business meeting of the Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association of America will be held at the Fifth Avenue Hotel in New York. Harvard will be represented by J. W. Hallowell'01 and T. Gerrish '01.

Besides electing officers for the coming year, the meeting will settle the details of the annual intercollegiate meet, known as the Mott Haven Games. A proposition has been made to the association to hold the meet this year at Buffalo in connection with the Pan-American Exposition, and this plan will be acted upon today.
