By the will of the late Daniel A. Buckley of Cambridge, which was filed at the Middlesex Probate Court this week, the testator leaves his entire property in trust, the proceeds to be devoted to the maintenance of deserving students at Harvard. The students benefited must be graduates of the Cambridge public schools.

The property referred to in the will consists principally of two parcels of real estate,--the net value of which would amount to about $50,000. The money is to be left in trust with the city officials of Cambridge. If they are unwilling to accept the offer, it will be made to the President and Fellows of Harvard. In case they too refuse to serve, the trust is to be administered by the Probate Court.
