The wet weather has prevented football practice since last Tuesday. However, the work consisting of drills in quick starting, running, passing and catching the ball, and also some work in line formations, will continue until next Wednesday afternoon, when a game between two scrub teams will be played on Soldiers Field. Next Thursday, as previously announced, the kicking contest will take place. After that, spring football will end, unless there is enough interest shown to warrant continuing the work after the recess.
