At a meeting of the Board of Overseers Wednesday it was voted to concur with the President and Fellows in their election of William Zebina Ripley, Professor of Political Economy, and Charles Homer Haskins, Professor of History. Both professors will assume their duties September 1, 1902.
Professor Ripley is at present a lecturer in the University and a professor of Economics at the Institute of Technology. Professor Haskins is in the History department of the University of Wisconsin.
