The Right Honorable Horace Curzon Plunkett, D.L., P. C., of Ireland, will deliver a public lecture on economic and social aspects of the Irish land question on Tuesday evening, December 16, in the Fogg Art Museum at 8 o'clock. Mr. Plunkett is a commissioner of the Congested Districts Board and vice-president of the Department of Agriculture for Ireland. He has been prominent in promoting agricultural co-operation for many years and in 1894 founded the Irish Agricultural Organization Society. He was appointed to the Recess Committee in 1895 and served as Member of Parliament from Dublin Country from 1892 to 1900.
