Mr. Frederick L. Olmsted, Jr., will give an illustrated lecture at 8 o'clock this evening in the Fogg Lecture Room on "Plans for the Improvement of Washington City." The Topiarian Club, under whose auspices he will speak, was formed about two months ago by students of landscape architecture.
