The Freshman eleven was overwhelmingly defeated by Phillips Academy at Andover last Saturday by a score of 51 to 0. Four substitutes weakened the Freshman team to such an extent that Andover, after the first half in which only two touchdowns were made, was able to gain almost at will. Fumbling was one of the greatest faults of the Freshmen. The line-up: Score--Freshmen, 0; Andover, 51. Touchdowns--Bullock 6, Dillon, Veeder, Stuart. Goals from touchdowns--Austen 6. Umpire--O'Connell. Referee--Pendleton. Time--20-minute halves.
