M. Michel to Lecture.

M. Andre Michel, Conservator of Sculpture in the Louvre, will deliver a lecture in the Fogg Art Museum on Tuesday, November 17 at 8 o'clock, under the auspices of the Cercle Francais. M. Michel's subject will be, "The Cathedral at Chatres," and the lecture will be illustrated by means of stereopticon views. The lecture will be open to the public.

M. Michel has held the office of Professor of History and Art in the Special School of Architecture in France. He was a member of the Juries of the Expositions of 1889 and 1900, and reporter of the jury of sculpture in 1900. In 1896 he was appointed Conservator of Sculpture in the Louvre. He has given many conferences throughout Europe on the History of Art.
