At the meeting of the University Debating Club last night, the debate on the question, "Resolved, That Parliament should adopt the Chamberlain Tariff Policy," was won by E. E. Wakefield 1L., and C. T. Smith 3L., for the negative, from W. E. Meyer 3L., and W. O. Hubbard '05, of the affirmative. I. Grossman 3L. acted as critic.

The next meeting of the club will be held on January 14, when officers for the ensuing half year will be elected.
