Mr. Jeffrey R. Brackett '83 of Baltimore, will speak at a conference of the Social Service Committee in the Parlor of Phillips Brooks House at 7 o'clock this evening. His subject, "The College Graduate and Character," could not find a more competent exponent, for as one of the most active philanthropists in the country and a leader of the Associated Charities movement in Baltimore, Mr. Brackett is well qualified to speak on any subject connected with organized charities.
