At a meeting of the Athletic Committee last night, the appointments of G. Sugden and A. G. Kahn as manager and assistant manager respectively, of the Freshman baseball team, and of H. S. Vanderbilt '07 as second assistant manager of the University football team were approved. Applications of the basketball and hockey teams to add fourth out of town games to their schedule were refused. This will prevent the final basketball game with Yale which was provisionally scheduled for March 11, at New Haven, and it is probable that Yale may decline to play the game scheduled for March 5 at Cambridge if no return game at New Haven is possible. Permission was given the hockey team to leave Boston tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock on their trip to New York to play Yale in the last of their preliminary matches in the intercollegiate series.
