Excursion to Deer Island

The Social Service Committee has made arrangements whereby a party of not more than fifteen men will be taken to Deer Island, Boston harbor, tomorrow afternoon, to visit the Boston penal institutions. The party will meet in the Square at 1 o'clock tomorrow to take the car for Eastern Avenue Wharf, from which the steamer "Monitor" will leave for Deer Island at 2.15 o'clock. On the return the boat will reach the Eastern Avenue Wharf about 5 o'clock.
