Fire in Russell Hall

A small fire broke out in one of the ground floor rooms of Russell Hall early Saturday afternoon. The blaze was quickly extinguished, little damage being done.

All the fire extinguishers, of which there are about 150 in the University, have recently been discharged and refilled. Students are advised to note the location of extinguishers in their vicinity.
