The trial debate to choose the teams for the Senior Junior debate will be held this evening, the Senior trial in Room 7 of the Union at 7.30 o'clock, and the Junior trial in Room 6 of the Union at the same time. The question for debate will be: "Resolved, That if it were possible, a reasonable property qualification in the exercise of the municipal franchise in the United States would be desirable." The speeches will be ten minutes in length. Six men will be chosen from each class to form first and second teams.
Candidates for the Senior team are requested to leave their names with J. W. Plaisted, Matthews 59, and candidates for the Junior team should leave their names with W. H. Keeling '07, Waverley 21, before 3 o'clock. The order of speaking will be posted in Fore Hall before 3.30 o'clock, but any men whose names are not on the lists will be given an opportunity to speak.
