Meeting of Course on Civic Problems.

Mr. W. I. Cole, of the South End House, Boston, will speak on "The Development of the Policy of a Social Settlement," at the second meeting of the course on civic problems at 7.30 o'clock this evening in the Randall room of Phillips Brooks House.

The course has for its object the consideration of civic problems with special reference to social settlements. All who desire to take the course should send their names at once to R. S. Wallace, Phillips Brooks House.
