Will Speak on "Medicine" in the Living Rcom at 8 o'clock.

Dr. J. Collins Warren '63 will deliver the second lecture in the series upon the professions this evening at 8 o'clock in the Living Room of the Union. His subject will be "Medicine."

Dr. Warren is one of the most prominent surgeons in the country, and since graduating from the Medical School in 1866 has practiced in Boston. In 1871 he became instructor in surgery at the Medical School and is at present Moseley Professor of Surgery. He retired from the post of Senior Surgeon at the Massachusetts General Hospital last February. Dr. Warren is a member of the American Surgical Association and an honorary fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He is the author of "Healing of Arteries in Man and Animals after Ligature," and "Surgical Pathology and Therapeutics." With Dr. Pearce Gould, of London, England, he is co-editor of the "International Text Book of Surgery."

The lecture will be open only to members of the Union.
