At a meeting of the second year class of the Law School, held on Monday, the following resolutions on the death of James Buren Higgins were adopted:
"Whereas, It has pleased Almighty God in His infinite wisdom to take from us our dearly loved classmate. James Buren Higgins; and
"Whereas, We, his classmates, deeply feel the great loss we have sustained by his death; therefore, be it.
"Resolved, That we express our warm affection for him and our sincere admiration for his lovable qualities which endeared him to us all, and that we tender our heartfelt sympathy to his father in his bereavement."
